TC Executive’s core business is to handle the transport of many high profile executives and corporate clients. We understand that security and discretion are paramount and our Terms of Use reflect our commitment to this responsibility. Safety, comfort and discretion are paramount in what we offer.
Terms and Conditions
- TC Executive Cars request a minimum of 48 hours notice for any online bookings. If you would like to book a car with less than 48 hours notice, please call our help-line on +44 (0)208 941 6207.
- TC Executive Cars accepts no responsibility for any delays howsoever caused.
- The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.
- Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate a vehicle to working order.
- We reserve the right to invoice a client for 50% of any minimum invoice within 24 hours or less notice given for a cancellation of a booking.
- We may provide subcontracted vehicles occasionally.
- TC Executive Cars maintain a non-smoking policy in all of its vehicles.
